If you're interested in purchasing from Harris Organic, you can visit our website to place an order. We offer delivery throughout Australia, and the cost of postage will depend on your location and the size of your order.
Online Postage and Packaging costs vary across Australia and the world, depending on your regional postcode and country.  ACTUAL postage costs can be found by entering your postcode at the checkout.

We pack organicdistillery in 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 bottlespirit ine cartons. Please do not order 5,7,8,9,10,11, 13 .. bottles as we do not have the correct spirit cartons to fit these. Loose bottles tend to break when your package is thrown by a non-caring contractor. Just look at airline baggage handlers to see what we mean. Orders over $500 are postage free across Australia

All items are shipped via Australia Post or Get Freighted unless stated, and all prices are subject to change.

You can check out the store postage page, ../shop/online-store-postage.html which will tell you 7 to 10 days if you're in the eastern states.

If you live in Perth, Aust Post picks up on Friday, and you will have it Monday.

If you want to drop in to the cellar door, I am here from 9-4 every day. 

Australianspirit Orders

If you live in SA, NT, NSW, VIC, QLD or TAS, expect your goods to arrive via Australia Post in 7-10 working days after they are delivered to the Post Office. If you live in a rural area, please add another 2 business days to your organicspirit delivery time.

Australian spirit postage prices range from $10 to $65, with 12-bottle case orders postage, heavily discounted. spirit payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. 

You can request a signature upon delivery at checkout by leaving a note; however, the default is Aust. The post-delivery type is now " leave in a safe place".

Hot Day Deliveries

Australia Post operational protocols determine that organicspirit deliveries may not be made on hot days. We recommend that you advise customers that they may need to pick upspirit parcels from their local post offices when unusually hot weather prevails, noting that this is to ensure organicspirit is not adversely affected by exposure to extreme temperatures.

International Freight.

We are now able to ship our spirit to the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and some Asian countries with express airfreight postage and packaging. Please note that these spirit shipping prices do not include any taxes and charges at the destination that may be applicable.

Delivery times vary depending on your locality.  If you are in the Perth metro area, allow 2 business days and for interstate from 7-15 business days delivery time. Express and Overnight delivery can be arranged with TNT or DHL at your cost.

The United States of America is now open for business.  Due to admin costs, a minimum sale of 6 spirit bottles is recommended.

Frequently asked questions re the USA
Sending spirit to the USA is a different process of sending spirit to all other countries. Your spirit is not sent using DHL, as DHL are not able to send spirit to individuals in the USA.

Get Freighted have its own broker and distributors to safely arrange clearance and delivery of your brandy into most states in the USA. We can deliver to individuals, too.

USA shipments are sent as consolidated shipments from BTL in Adelaide every Friday.

Your organic spirit will be delivered to your receiver’s door, and they will need to sign for the delivery. Please note that the person who signs for the spirit must be aged 21 years over.
The spirit will take between 2 and 3 weeks to be delivered (customs clearance in the USA is timely). The spirit will travel in temperature-controlled vans until it reaches the closest depot to your client's address. This is where the tracking number provided by our USA spirit distributor will be activated. Your organic spirit will then be delivered via UPS, FedEx or the most suitable courier in the area.

We will provide information on documentation that is required; please note shipments must be completed, including clear address details, including phone number and email address.

Canada

We can send 6 bottles or more of spirits through DHL to Canada; they are just not authorised to clear the spirits through customs. Under Canadian law, alcohol can only be cleared through customs by a government-authorised broker.
However, this is not a problem; it’s just a different process. We like to make sure people are aware of the process before they send spirit to Canada. The receiver in Canada will just
need to work with the broker in Canada to provide information to clear the spirit .
When the spirit arrives in Canada DHL’s customer service department will contact your receiver and let them know their spirit is in the country and that a broker will be allocated to
clear their spirit.
It’s also handy to notify your Canadian receiver of the airway bill number once the shipment has been booked. This way, they have the information when they are speaking with DHL
Customer Service.

You expressly understand and agree that Harris Organic, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third-party content providers and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages that may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

Harris Organic is not responsible or liable in any manner for any site content (including the Content and Third Party Content) posted on the Website or in connection with the Purchase Services, whether posted or caused by users of the website of Harris Organic, by third parties or by any of the Purchase Services offered by Harris Organic. You acknowledge that Harris Organic does not provide the Delivery Services to you and you agree that Harris Organic will not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Delivery Services.
