Our dark, fruity Shiraz has a clean dry finish and excellent palate depth. The vodka has excellent smoothness and subtle berry flavours, and could be served with the following:

• Roast Venison with Redcurrant or Blueberry Jam.
  
• Roast Beef with Mushroom Gravy, Wholegrain Mustard mashed Potatoes, with a dash of Truffle Oil.
  
• Roast Game (Pheasant or Pigeon) cooked in a rich fruity sauce.

Our refined vodka is clear in colour with wonderful spicy sweet aromas. On the palate it delivers upfront sweetness with richness and some spice to finish, and could be served with the following:

• Moroccan Chicken served on a bed of raisin and sweet Paprika infused Cous Cous.
  
• Lamb Rogan Josh Curry with Naan Bread and Bombay Potatoes.
  
• Beef Vindaloo served on a bed of Coconut infused Jasmine Rice.

Our Eau de vie with a palate of chocolate, liquorice and plums leaves a smooth tingling palate, and could be served with the following:

• A lot of Apple pie or pancakes.
  
• Belgian waffles, mixed berries and whipped cream.
  
• Poured on vanilla dairy ice-cream.

• A lot of christmas puding.
