Harris Organic Brandy is the first certified organic Brandy in Australia.
Double-distilled using a wood-fired pot still this hand-made brandy is evocative of the old brandies made at Cognac in France.

Once the spirit has been collected it is placed in small oak casks in the underground cellar to mature for a minimum of 3 years (our bottles are labelled with the distillation and the bottling dates). This brandy has complex characters that include caramel, toffee, notes of orange peel, vanilla, smoky spice and cloves. This brandy has no sulphites or any other chemicals or filtering agent added. ie No additives, no perfumes, no oils, no sugar, no fat, no acid added in this products, just grapes and rain water. 40% alc.

A review: I have tasted your product and I have also tasted normal commercial VSOP brandy, and I really like the taste of yours. Prompt delivery of your products is also very good, in view that it is shipped from Australia. On the packaging I notice it has the chop "Security Screened". I guess that is because the description is only "personal" to avoid import custom issue, so the staff and custom department do not know what it is. I think it shouldn't affect its taste much.

What is Pisco?

Pisco is the distilled grape brandy spirit before it is aged in oak. This clear white spirit is bottled directly from the still. It has a fruity and elegant flavour with brandy character. We use a refined pisco for fortifying our own dessert wines.
This Pisco has no sulphites or any other chemicals or filtering agent added. Certified Organic by Southern Cross Certified Organic (SXC).
