Duncan's Version of Pure Moonshine.
Clear organic brandy, pure moonshine or grappa is a distilled grape spirit that is not aged in oak, also called Eau de Vie or Water of Life vodka. Brandy by definition, is aged in oak or wooden casks for a minimum of two years. This clear brandy white spirit is bottled directly from the still. It has a fruity and elegant flavour with a fine character—750mL bottles.
This unwooded brandy is free from sulphites, other chemicals, and filtering agents, and is gluten-free. and Certified Organic.

Such a dedicated approach to creating our brandy alcohol is rarely seen in the industry and offers you a first-hand experience from the grapevine to the bottle. The clear moonshine is also known as Eau-de-vie in France.
What is Moonshine?
While the term "moonshine" traditionally implies an illicit, grain-based spirit, a grape-derived version is technically an unaged grape brandy or white brandy. When distilled to a standard bottling strength of 40% ABV, this spirit retains the aromatic esters and floral notes of the source fruit, distinguishing it from neutral vodka.
Often categorised regionally as Pisco, Grappa, or Eau-de-vie, this clear spirit represents a niche in the craft distillery market, appealing to consumers interested in organic production, traditional pot still methods, and the raw expression of the vineyard without the masking influence of oak aging.
